Learn how to access and manage Swept billing and payments.
You can access your current billing information and upgrade your package by navigating to the Billing Settings page located in the Settings menu.
To update your billing address, email, or payment method, please access the billing portal by selecting "Manage Subscriptions" under the 'Details' section.
Who can access the Billing Portal?
Access to billing information and the billing portal is restricted to Admin users only. You can view your current billing information, update payment methods, change billing addresses, and manage your invoice and receipt notifications.
How to update payment method?
⚠️ We do not accept direct debit payments. We ONLY accept credit card payments
Details:
To change your payment method, you have to add a new payment method.
- Log into the billing portal
- Select "+ add new payment method."
- Input the requested information and select save.
Default Payment Method
To choose which payment method is your default in the billing portal, select the 3-dot menu to the right of the billing method and select "make default."
Delete Payment Method
To delete a payment method, you must first have an alternate payment method on file. The system will NOT allow you to have no payment method on file. Once you have an alternate payment method, select the 3-dot menu to the right of the one you want to delete and select "delete."
NOTE: Note we ONLY accept credit card payments.
Update Billing Address
To change or update your billing address:
- Log into the billing portal
- Under the "billing information" header, select "update information."
- Change or update the information in the field you want to update
- You can update the: business name, billing admin email, business address, and phone number

1. Can I have more than one billing email?
You can only have one login email for the billing portal; however, you can have as many emails as you want set up to receive the invoices and receipts.

2. What if I can't log in?
Try the forgot password option.
If you haven't accessed the system before and don't know which email is set up, contact support@sweptworks.com, or if you no longer have access to the email address that is the billing admin and cannot access the account to update the email address yourself, contact support@sweptworks.com
