Loyalty package customers need to contact support at support@sweptworks.com for an upgrade of additional locations.
Who Can Buy More Locations?
Only administrators have the ability to add more locations and make billing adjustments.
How to Add More Locations?
Steps
- Navigate to the 'Locations' tab to check your current package and the number of locations. The location band is displayed next to the word "location" in the top left corner of the screen.
- To add more locations, click on the "UPGRADE"
- Upon doing so, you will be presented with the next two available location bands to choose from or may opt to see the complete list. For example, if the current setting is Launch-15, the options displayed will be Launch-25 and Launch-40 in the selection dialog box.
- Once you select one of the available options and choose to upgrade, you will be redirected to the corresponding payments page to confirm the changes.
NOTE: This process currently only includes functionality for increasing the maximum location count.
To decrease the location band count, administrators will need to reach out to customer support.
