Changing Your Profile Information

Changing your personal information, or updating your profile in general, is only available to the individual user. While administrators and managers can guide users on how to change it, the user themselves will need to update their information.

 

To begin, locate the "Me" section of your Swept account.

From here, you can edit your information including cleaning hours, your personal information, your language, and you can switch to another company if you work with multiple companies.

To view your cleaning hours, select the "Cleaning Hours" section.

To change the language of the app, select the "Settings" section, then select the language icon to choose between English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

To change your personal information including email, phone number, name, and language (without changing the language in the app), select edit profile. From there, select "Edit" beside the field you'd like to edit and make your changes.

Lastly, you can select the "Switch Company" section to change the company profile you're viewing.
