This functionality is **ONLY** available in the Optimize, Scale and Loyalty plans. To upgrade your plan, [click here](https://sweptworks.com/compare-plans?hsLang=en). ### **Who Has Access to View Checklist Results?** Only Managers and Supervisors with access to the [Swept Web App](https://app.sweptworks.com/) and Reports can view the checklists report. ### **Checklist Results Report** - Log in to the [Swept Web App](https://app.sweptworks.com/). - Click **Reports** in the left-hand menu. - Click on **Checklist Results Report**. - Filter the results of the report by using the following options: Date, Timeframe, Locations, Completed By and % Done. ![Monosnap Swept | Reports 2023-12-18 16-35-49](https://knowledge.sweptworks.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Monosnap%20Swept%20%7C%20Reports%202023-12-18%2016-35-49.png?width=670&height=324&name=Monosnap%20Swept%20%7C%20Reports%202023-12-18%2016-35-49.png) ### **How to View a Checklist?** Within the checklist details, you can view what was completed along with additional information: - **Checklist Details** - This includes where, when and who completed the checklist. - **Linked Time Entry** - The time entry details that the Cleaner/Supervisor worked. Click on the linked time entry to review its details. - **Linked Shift** - If the Cleaner/Supervisor selected a scheduled shift to clock in to a shift the linked shift displays in that section. - **Notes** - View the notes that the Cleaner/Supervisor added while completing the checklist. - **Checklist Information** - You can see with a green checkmark what items were completed along with the item name and details. - **Checklist Images** - Cleaners and supervisors can submit photos on individual checklist tasks to provide visual proof of completed work.
