How can a new client create a password and get started with Swept

Learn how a new client can set up their password and log in to Swept.

As a new client, once the cleaning company has set up your profile, you can begin creating your password and logging into Swept Client Portal.

How do I set up a password as a new Client?

To get started with Swept, you will have to set up a password using the link provided in the invite email. An example of what an invite email looks like is shown below.

If you didn't receive any invite email in your inbox, be sure to also check the SPAM folder.

Signing in

After setting your password, they can easily log in by using your email address as your username and password.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can easily request a password reset email. Simply click on the 'Forgot password?' link located below the Sign In button on the Sign In page.

This will redirect you to a new screen where you can enter your email address or phone number in the Username field. Click on the 'Send Email' button to receive a password reset link in your inbox.

Password reset links can be sent to the user's email address.
