How do I set a password as a client?

Learn how to create your profile as a Client and setup your password.

As a new client, once the cleaning company has set up your profile, you can begin creating your password and logging into the Swept Client Portal.

How do I set up a password as a new client?

To get started with Swept, you will have to set up a password using the link provided in the invite email from your cleaning company.

An example of what an invite email looks like is shown below.

If you didn't receive any invite email in your inbox, be sure to also check the SPAM folder. The invitation does expire after 14 days, so if you did not set up your profile, you'll need to ask your cleaning company to send you another invite email.

Signing in

After setting your password, you can easily log in by using your email address as your username and password.

Forgot Password

If you forgot their password, you can easily request a password reset email. Simply click on the 'Forgot password?' link located below the Sign In button on the Sign In page.

This will redirect you to a new screen where you can enter their email address or phone number in the Username field. Click on the 'Send Email' button to receive a password reset link in their inbox.

Password reset links can be sent to the user's email address.
