Client Portal Inspections

The client portal includes inspection reports on inspections completed by your company for visibility to the client.

Details

Keep your client up to date on the inspections completed at their location(s)! At the end of completing an inspection you have the option to send it to clients. This will generate an email that is sent to your clients. When this is done the inspection is also added to a report in the client portal for all clients at the location to view. Your clients no longer need to dig through their emails to find an inspection that was completed. Just sign in to the client portal and the inspection can be viewed from there!

Who Has Access?

Once a client is added within Swept they have access to the client portal at https://client.sweptworks.com/login

Only inspections that have been emailed to any client at a location using Send to Clients will appear in the client portal. If there are two clients assigned and one client is emailed the inspection then it is available for both to see in the client portal.
