Daily Pulse is an automated daily email that summarizes the previous day’s key operational activity, including no-shows, late arrivals, GPS errors, supply requests, checklist progress, inspections, and labor variance.

 

What's included in Daily Pulse?

Daily Pulse will provide your admins with a snapshot of the previous day's activities. These sections include:

This is a summary of yesterday's activities.

Here, you'll find information about scheduled shifts where no cleaner clocked in.

Cleaners who clocked in after a scheduled start time will show up here.

You are receiving Daily Pulse because you are an admin in Swept. Daily Pulse is sent to admins to help them see what happened across their operations the previous day and what may need attention today.

2. Who gets Daily Pulse?

Daily Pulse is sent to all admins, including primary and secondary admins.

3. Can I unsubscribe?

Yes. Use the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the Daily Pulse email.

4. How do I resubscribe?

To resubscribe, contact our Support Team at support@sweptworks.com.

5. When will I receive my Daily Pulse?

Daily Pulse will be sent to you at 6:00am local time.

6. Does Daily Pulse replace reports?

No. Daily Pulse gives a high-level summary and links admins back into Swept for more detail. Reports remain the source for deeper review.
