This email template is designed to help managers craft an email that will be sent to their clients about using the Swept app to communicate.

Hi [Customer First Name],
Communication is the key to a successful working relationship, and it's something we want to make sure we have between [Your Company Name] and [Their Company Name]. As part of our ongoing focus on increasing communication, we’ve recently adopted new software called Swept. In addition to allowing our team to stay better connected when cleaning your space, one of its features will allow you to have direct, real-time communication with us.
Through the Swept app, you will be able to access the client messaging portal. This will allow you to chat with us about your experience with our service, including attaching photos of your space.
This app can be found by visiting sweptworks.com/download. Here you are able to download from the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device type.

Once this app has been downloaded, it will bring you to the login screen. Here is where you can enter the login information we have provided for you. If we have not yet provided you with this information, let us know, and we'll make sure you get it right away:


Once signed in, you will see the Inbox, which is where you can send us messages. When you receive a new message from us that has not yet been read, a red dot will appear on “Inbox” in the bottom navigation bar.


Once clicked into the message board, you can read any new messages as well as type a reply in the indicated area.


If you would like to share a photo with us about your space, we would love to see it! Anything from something our cleaners have done very well to showing us something we need to improve on. We would like you to be an active part in our quality control process so that we are always improving the service we are providing for you.
You can attach a photo to this message board by taking a photo with your camera or by attaching a photo you have taken previously. Click the + button by the Message field to see your photo attachment options.

If you would rather chat over the phone, you can call our support number by going to “Me” in the bottom navigation bar and selecting “Support”. On the support page, you can click on “Call Phone Support” to give us a call. The number here is preprogrammed to route you to the most appropriate person to chat with.
