Understand how to access Inspection Report, Inspection Health Report and how to share inspection ratings.
Who has access to the Inspections Report?
Managers and Admins who log into the web application can access the Inspection reporting. the ability to complete an inspection is all done via our mobile app.
Access Inspection Report
1. Sign in to the Swept Web App
2. Select Reports from the left-hand menu
3. Select "Inspection Reports" from the Reports page.
Once you have accessed the Inspection Reports, you can apply filters to customize your search.
How do I Download the Inspection Report PDF?
You can download an Inspection Report in 3-quick steps:

Request PDF: Click on the 'ACTION' button and choose 'Request PDF' to initiate the download process.

Generating PDF: This shows the PDF is being prepared.

Download PDF: Once the PDF is generated and ready for download, simply click on the 'ACTION' button and choose 'Download PDF'.
NOTE: Click on the 🔄 button to refresh the page.
Inspection Health Report
The Inspection Health Report provides insights by displaying the status of a location based on the date since the last inspection was completed for each location.
This helps in identifying locations that may be at risk due to the lack of recent inspections. Regularly reviewing the Inspection Health Report allows you to take timely action and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that all locations are maintained to the highest standards.

How do I access the Inspection Health Report?
- Log in to the Swept Web App
- Select Reports from the left-hand side menu bar
- Select Inspection Health Report
If you have not configured your customizable inspection health settings, please follow the steps below. Based on your time frames, the colors in the report will change.
Configure Inspection Threshold
Inspection Threshold is the days since last inspection metric card displays the number of days since an inspection has been completed at a location. A warning or at-risk state would indicate that an inspection is overdue and should be performed.
Instructions:

Log in to the Swept Web App and navigate to the Company Settings option located in the left-hand menu bar.
- Select 'Inspections' under Quality Assurance
- In the 'Warning Threshold' section, you can specify the number of days since the last inspection was completed at a location that will trigger a 'warning' or 'at-risk' status for that location.
