Create and reuse templates for inspections at your locations to maintain repeatable steps for quality services
How to add an Inspection Template on the web?
- Click on the navigation for Inspections
- Click on the blue View Templates.
- Click on the green + Template button.
- Enter a name for the inspection template
- Two options will appear:
- Start with Add New Area - An inspection area is the title of a section within the inspection plan. One the left you'll name it and one the right column you can provide instructions.
- Add Inspection Point - This allows you to add comments, photos and ratings added. You can add a description to the inspection point. You can also add an inspection point by clicking enter on your keyboard and typing.
You have the choice to group Areas with steps of inspection points or create a flat list with no sections. Here is an example.
Once you have a template created, it can easily be used when building Inspection plans on the web.
Inspections are completed on our mobile app and reporting is done on the web only.
Inspections are not supported in the Launch plan.
