How do I start and complete an Inspection?

Using our mobile app Supervisors and Managers can do an inspection to check up on the cleaning quality

Inspections are created on our web app, but only people onsite using our mobile apps can start an inspection at an assigned location. Here's how a supervisor or Manager can check up on the work your cleaners are doing. 

Start Inspection

Instructions:

1. Log in to our mobile app.

2. Select the Location you want to inspect.

3. Scroll down, and you will see Inspections. Click Start New.

4. You will see a list of plans assigned to that Location. Choose the one that fits, which are often weekly or monthly cadences. 

You can rate the inspection point, leave comments, and attach multiple photos. Images will be timestamped with the date of the picture taken and the date of the upload to ensure the inspection is current. 

To view results, log in to the web and navigate to Reports and then select Inspections Report.
