Select the Team section

Select a Manager, a Supervisor, a Cleaner's name

Scroll down to the Locations section

Select the Location from the unassigned column
How to approve a user to a Location in the Swept web app? Click the Assign button to approve the Location- Enable Alerts to receive notifications about the location
How to approve a user to a Location in the Swept+ mobile app?
1. Log in the Swept+ mobile app
2. Select the ...More button from the main menu bar
3. Select a User
4. Select the 3 vertical dots
5. Select Edit
6. Scroll down to "Approved Locations" and Approve the Locations
7. Check the Notify checkbox for the user to receive alerts.
8. Click the blue Save button.
❗ When adding a new Location in your Swept account you will need to individually assign locations to each user from the Team section.
