Assign Users to Locations for schedules and reporting

Learn how to approve/assign users to Locations and enable features.

How to approve a user to a Location in the Swept web app?

1. Select the Team section

2. Select a Manager, a Supervisor, a Cleaner's name

3. Scroll down to the Locations section

4. Select the Location from the unassigned column

6. Enable Alerts to receive notifications about the location

How to approve a user to a Location in the Swept+ mobile app?

1. Log in the Swept+ mobile app

2. Select the ...More button from the main menu bar

3. Select a User

4. Select the 3 vertical dots

5. Select Edit

6. Scroll down to "Approved Locations" and Approve the Locations

7. Check the Notify checkbox for the user to receive alerts.

8.  Click the blue Save button.
