Company and Profile Settings Overview

Learn how to set up and update Company settings and your profile

 

Who can access Settings?

Administrators have the authority to access both Company and Profile Settings, while Managers will only have visibility to Payroll and Checklists sections.

What is Company Settings?

You can find company settings at the bottom left navigation bar. It includes:

  1. Company Settings: These settings are linked to the company's account and also provide access to the Client's Support Phone number setup, and the Billing Portal.
  2. Payroll Settings: Payroll is where you update your Company’s Payroll, Breaks and Travel Time Approval settings. All managers can update the payroll hours; however, only Administrators can configure the pay period. 

NOTE: Configuring Payroll Settings is vital for accuracy in Time-Sheet and to generate Payroll Report. 

  1. Checklist Settings: Navigate to Checklist Settings to access the Checklist Templates page, where you can customize templates for your checklists.

BULK IMPORTS ACTION: Bulk import options is now visible on their respective functionality pages. For example, Bulk Locations can now be accessed on the Locations page. (This is only for Loyalty package access to Admin users.)

What is Profile Settings?

These settings pertain to individual users. Profile Settings can be accessed and updated by all user types, including Managers, Supervisors, and Administrators.
    1. Notifications Settings: Administrators, Managers and supervisors can set notifications for late staff members in the web app, customizable from 0-1440 minutes. Supervisors receive a personal late notification 10 minutes after their shift start time.
