Inspection Health Report

The Inspection Health Report provides insights by displaying the status of a location based on the date since the last inspection was completed for each location.

This helps in identifying locations that may be at risk due to the lack of recent inspections. Regularly reviewing the Inspection Health Report allows you to take timely action and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that all locations are maintained to the highest standards.

Your report will look like the one below:

How do I access the Inspection Health Report?

  1. Log in to the Swept Web App
  2. Select Reports from the left-hand side menu bar
  3. Select Inspection Health Report

If you have not configured your customizable inspection health settings, please follow the steps below. Based on your time frames, the colors in the report will change.

Configure Inspection Threshold

Inspection Threshold is the days since the last inspection. The metric card displays the number of days since an inspection has been completed at a location. A warning or at-risk state would indicate that an inspection is overdue and should be performed.

Instructions:

  • Log in to the Swept Web App and navigate to the Company Settings option located in the left-hand menu bar.

  • Select 'Inspections' under Quality Assurance
  • In the 'Warning Threshold' section, you can specify the number of days since the last inspection was completed at a location that will trigger a 'warning' or 'at-risk' status for that location.
