Learn how to manage clients in the Swept mobile app.
Who has access to manage clients?
Managers and supervisors with access to the Manage Clients permission are able to manage clients in mobile and web apps.
Instructions
Adding a Client

Sign in to Swept+.

In the bottom navigation menu select More.

Click on Clients.

Click on the + sign in the top right.

Each field in the client profile has a purpose. Enter the information below. Please note that the bolded text with an asterisk * is mandatory information.

First Name*
-
Last Name
- Company

Email and/or Phone No.* - This will be their username to log in to the app.

Password* - This will be their password to log in to the app. The password must be 6-85 characters long including an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number and a special character.
- Override Support Phone No. - The client support phone number defaults to what is set up by your admin manager in the web app under settings. You are able to override this number for this client using this field. The client is able to use the support link in their Swept+ mobile app Me page to call this phone number.
- Language* - Enter the users preferred language for communicating with them.
- Country*
- Timezone*

Notes - Add any additional information you would like other managers/supervisors to view when checking the client profile.

- Click the blue Save button.
Inviting a Client
You can invite your client within the Clients page by clicking on the three dots to the right of a client name and selecting Invite.
An email template will appear that you can update by clicking on the message to open an editor. Make your updates and click Close.
To send the invite click Send.
Editing a Client
You can edit your client within the Clients page by clicking on the three dots to the right of a cleaner name and selecting Edit.
Update your cleaner profile and click Save.
