Who can Log In to the Swept+ mobile app?
All active users can log in to the Swept+ mobile app once their profile has been created in the Swept account and sent an invite to create a password.How to set up a password as a new user?
To get started with Swept+, a new user will have to set up a password using the link provided in the invite email or SMS. An example of what an invite email looks like is shown below.

If a new user does not receive the invite email in their inbox, be sure to also check the SPAM folder.
Signing in
After setting your password, they can easily log in by using either your email address or phone number as your username and password.
Forgot Password
If a user forgets their password, they can easily request a password reset email. Simply click on the 'Forgot password?' link located below the Sign In button on the Sign In page.
This will redirect you to a new screen where you can enter your email address/ phone number in the Username field. Click on the 'Send Email' button to receive a password reset link in your inbox.
Password reset links can be sent to the user's email and phone number.
