What is an Offsite Clock-In/ Clock-Out Report?

When a GeoFence is Non-Mandatory and a user Clock in/out outside of the GeoFence, the Offsite Clock in/out details are captured in a report and a map. How do I create a GeoFence?

Who Can Access This Report?

Based on permission settings, Managers and Supervisors can access the Offsite Clock In/Clock Out Report.

Where can I see this report?

Reports are available on the Swept web only.

  • Log in to Swept and select Reports from the left-hand menu.

  • Select Offsite Clock In/Clock Out Report under the list of reports.

  • Use the filters at the top to narrow down your search and click the blue FILTER button.

  • You will see below a list of Offsite Clock in/Clock out based on your filters.

  • Click on MAP under Details to see where the Offsite event occurred.

  • To download the information that appears on the screen click the blue DOWNLOAD button.

  • Three options to download this information:

    • CSV - This is a spreadsheet format that will open in programs like Excel or Google Sheets.

    • PDF - Location - This will download into a PDF and it will be organized by Location.

    • PDF - Cleaner - This will download into a PDF and it will be organized by Cleaner.

    With the PDF options you can select to have the Locations/Cleaners appear separated onto individual pages by checking One group per page.

    Click OK to download the file.
