What is an Offsite Clock-In/ Clock-Out Report?
When a GeoFence is Non-Mandatory and a user Clock in/out outside of the GeoFence, the Offsite Clock in/out details are captured in a report and a map. How do I create a GeoFence?
Who Can Access This Report?
Based on permission settings, Managers and Supervisors can access the Offsite Clock In/Clock Out Report.
Where can I see this report?
Reports are available on the Swept web only.

Log in to Swept and select Reports from the left-hand menu.

Select Offsite Clock In/Clock Out Report under the list of reports.

Use the filters at the top to narrow down your search and click the blue FILTER button.

You will see below a list of Offsite Clock in/Clock out based on your filters.

Click on MAP under Details to see where the Offsite event occurred.

To download the information that appears on the screen click the blue DOWNLOAD button.

Three options to download this information:

CSV - This is a spreadsheet format that will open in programs like Excel or Google Sheets.

PDF - Location - This will download into a PDF and it will be organized by Location.

PDF - Cleaner - This will download into a PDF and it will be organized by Cleaner.
With the PDF options you can select to have the Locations/Cleaners appear separated onto individual pages by checking One group per page.
Click OK to download the file.
