# Offsite Clock-In/ Clock-Out Report
## Learn how to use the Offsite Clock-In/ Clock-Out Report
#### What is an Offsite Clock-In/ Clock-Out Report?
When a GeoFence is **Non-Mandatory** and a user Clock in/out outside of the GeoFence, the Offsite Clock in/out details are captured in a report and a map. [How do I create a GeoFence?](https://knowledge.sweptworks.com/knowledge/create_a_geofence?hsLang=en)
#### Who Can Access This Report?
Based on permission settings, Managers and Supervisors can access the Offsite Clock In/Clock Out Report.
#### Where can I see this report?
Reports are available on the [Swept web only.](https://app.sweptworks.com/)
- Log in to [Swept](https://app.sweptworks.com/) and select **Reports** from the left-hand menu.
- Select **Offsite Clock In/Clock Out Report** under the list of reports.
- Use the filters at the top to narrow down your search and click the blue **FILTER** button.
- You will see below a list of Offsite Clock in/Clock out based on your filters.
- Click on **MAP** under **Details** to see where the Offsite event occurred.
- To download the information that appears on the screen click the blue **DOWNLOAD** button.
- **Three options to download this information:**
- CSV - This is a spreadsheet format that will open in programs like Excel or Google Sheets.
- PDF - Location - This will download into a PDF and it will be organized by Location.
- PDF - Cleaner - This will download into a PDF and it will be organized by Cleaner.
With the PDF options you can select to have the Locations/Cleaners appear separated onto individual pages by checking **One group per page**.
Click **OK** to download the file.
