Understand how each permission is used in Loyalty Package.

In the Loyalty package, you have the flexibility to tailor permission settings according to the specific roles of your users. This customization allows you to control access to various features and functionalities within the web application, enhancing both security and operational efficiency.
Below is a brief description of each permission setting available in the Loyalty Plan, outlining the capabilities granted to different user roles:
- Enable Management: This permission is required to access the web application
- Manage Reports: This permission gives the manager access to reports within the web app. Without this permission, they will not be able to see any reports
- Manage Scheduling: This permission will allow managers and supervisors to update, add, view, and delete schedules within the web app
- Manage Locations with the Swept Mobile App: This permission allows managers and supervisors to create and update locations in the Swept mobile app
- Manage Supplies: This permission allows managers and supervisors to update, add, view, and delete supplies within the web app
- Manage Cleaners: This permission will allow managers and supervisors to create, update, invite, delete, and set active/inactive users of the cleaner type
- Manage Supervisors: This permission will allow managers and supervisors to create, update, invite, delete, and set active/inactive users of the supervisor type
- Manage Clients: This permission will allow managers and supervisors to create, update, invite, delete, and set active/inactive users of the client type
- Inspection Allowed: This permission controls access to the inspection feature. This includes the ability to create and edit inspection plans, as well as create and complete inspection reports
- Public Surveys Allowed: This permission allows managers and supervisors to create and update public surveys associated with specific locations (this may be discontinued)
- Enable Client Messaging: This permission provides managers and supervisors access to client-messaging channels
- Supplies All Access: This is a permission giving the managers and supervisors access to request supplies for all locations. When turned off, users can only complete supply requests for locations they are approved to
- Enable Cleaner Timesheet: This permission allows managers and supervisors to view the timesheets of cleaners assigned at locations they manage
