Understanding Cleaning Hours

Learn about cleaning hours and how cleaners can access it on Swept mobile app.

What are Cleaning Hours?

Your team can see the number of hours they have worked in the past pay period by checking their cleaning hours within Swept+.

Cleaning hours will show them the date, the location where they worked, how many hours they worked and the number of hours approved for payroll. With this feature, staff are able to view and advise of any issues they may have had.

You can learn how this can be activated here: Set Up Pay Period

NOTE: For calculations, we round down to the nearest minute. For example, if an employee works for 5 hours, 59 minutes, and 50 seconds, this will be recorded as 5 hours and 59 minutes, NOT 6 hours.

Who Can See Cleaning Hours?

Managers, supervisors and cleaners can view cleaning hours. Cleaners are only able to view their cleaning hours. Managers and supervisors can see the cleaning hours of cleaners approved to the same locations they are.
