Understand Mobile Map View

Learn how to use the map view on the scheduling page to save time and keep track of your team, tasks and locations

The Swept map view greets you with key information about locations, active shifts, things that need your attention, and more.

How to view the map?

The map view shows you all your locations at a glance. The Map view allows you to:

Easily view all locations or only active shifts with a click of the toggle.
Click on a pin on the map for details of active shifts or quick access to a single location.
Search across your locations for quick access and activity in real time.

Green Pin - Shows all active locations i.e. a team member is working on the location.
Red Pin - Shows the selected location with details.
Black Pin - Shows every location that's inactive or not selected.

Key metrics cards give you one-click routing to manage:

Supplies: Manage supply requests for the selected location.
Schedule- Check schedules for the selected location.
Inspections- Manage and view inspections for the selected location.

NOTE: To access the map on your mobile device, ensure that the location settings for the Swept app are enabled and active.

Who Has Access to This Map View?

Only managers can access this view on their mobile devices.

Where Will I Find This Map View?

Log in to the Swept app on your mobile.
Navigate to the Map view on the schedule page.
