Alerts in the Swept help you see information about your team, such as late arrivals for shifts, issues with the geo-fencing, and more. Knowing where to find this information will greatly help you stay up to date on what's going on with your team.
Where to find the Alerts section
The alerts section can be found in the top right corner of the web app. Look for the bell icon!

Understanding the Alerts section
Once in the Alerts section, you will see the alerts that have been triggered by your cleaners. You can sort these alerts either by Location (alphabetically), Generated by (alphabetically), or by Date.

By default, you will only see unread alerts triggered in the last 90s, however you can change these parameters to fit your timeframe, include read messages, etc.
You can also search for specific Alerts using the Search Bar in the top left.
