How to set up the Support Email and phone number for the Swept+ mobile app?

Learn about the support phone Email and phone number and how to set it up from the settings of the web app as an administrator.

What is the feature about?

This feature allows Cleaners, Supervisors and Clients to quickly reach out to their manager by Email or phone call with preset numbers added to the settings of your Swept web app account. An Override support number is available in the Cleaner's profile details if a specific number applies best.

Who can set up the feature?

Only Administrators can set up the feature 

How to set up the support phone number?

  1. Log in to the Web app 
  2. Click on your initials from the top right corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Scroll down to the feature area:


👉  Support Phone number (for cleaners and supervisors)

  • Update the Support Phone Number with yours

👉 Support Email (for cleaners and supervisors)

  • Update the Support Email with yours

👉 Clients Support phone number  Contact 

  • Update the Client Support Phone Number with yours

5. Click Save

How to set up the Override Support Number?

An Override support number is available in the Cleaner's profile details if a specific number applies best. By adding an override support phone number to any cleaner's or client's account, the general support number will be replaced.

1. Log In the Swept web app

2. Click on Cleaners or Clients then click the green pencil to edit the cleaner you want to update this number for. If you scroll down to Override Support Phone No. you can update this number for this individual cleaner. This number can also be added when creating the cleaner within Swept.

Within the Swept+ mobile app, you can update a Cleaner's override support phone number by going to More and selecting Cleaners. If you have access you can add a cleaner by clicking the plus sign or edit a cleaner by clicking the three dots and selecting Edit.

How Do My Cleaners Communicate with the Support Contact?

Once they are signed in to the Swept+ mobile app they can do this by going to Me (More for supervisors) in the bottom navigation bar and selecting Support. On the support page, they can click Call Phone Support to call the support number.

In your client's Swept+ mobile app, clients can call support by going to Me in the bottom navigation bar and selecting Support. On the support page, they can click Call Phone Support to call the support number.
