Inspections: New and Improved View
The Inspections page has been refreshed with a cleaner layout that matches the checklist your team uses in the field. You can now create, save, and duplicate inspection plans with more confidence, with clear error messages if required fields are missed. The updated Save and Duplicate options help keep your inspection plans organized and easy to reuse.

Schedule Calendar: View by Location and Team
The Schedule Calendar now gives you more flexible views so you can see who is working where at a glance. You can switch between Timeline, Location, and Team views, open shift details, and quickly understand the schedule for each site or team. Color coding for managers, supervisors, and cleaners makes it easier to scan the calendar and spot what matters.

Supplies by Location: Faster Supply Management
You can now manage supplies by location to keep each site stocked with what it needs. The updated workflow lets you assign cleaning products to specific locations using Location Assignment and save your changes so tracking and ordering stay accurate. This helps you reduce guesswork and keep supply management efficient.

Alerts and Help: Clearer Alerts, Support in One Click
The Alerts page has an updated layout that loads faster and is built to handle a high volume of alerts. You can filter alerts to focus on what needs attention and clear issues more quickly. In the navigation bar, a Help icon now takes you straight to the Support Hub for guides, videos, and answers when you need them.

MARCH 2025
Photo Timestamps
All photos included in inspection reports and messages now display timestamps indicating both when they were taken and when they were uploaded to the system. This provides greater transparency and accountability, allowing for easy verification of when inspections occurred and when reports were filed.
Supply Report Downloads
Supply request reports can now be easily downloaded in CSV format, with the added benefit of an additional column that displays the cost for each line item. This streamlines inventory management and budgeting processes and should be live by the end of the month.
Mobile Time Management
In the near future, managers and admins will have the ability to manage time entries directly from the mobile app. This will provide greater flexibility and convenience for managing employee hours and schedules. You will be able to clock someone out who forgot to from your pocket!

Download Supply Reports
Managers can now download supply request reports in CSV format, including an additional column for the dollar amount of each line item, improving data analysis and integration. For more information, see How to Manage Supply.
Payroll Report Filter Update
Your date range now matches your current pay period. You can override any date range. For more information, see Payroll Report.

Managers can Clock in on the Mobile App
